What is eBAS?
eBAS is your self-guided digital tool to assess farm biosecurity across six key operational zones:
- Rest of Farm Areas - The farm and environment outside of the poultry unit perimeter.
- Perimeter Control Points - access points to the poultry unit.
- General Biosecure Area - all the area inside the poultry unit perimeter but excluding the poultry buildings.
- Intermediate Areas - access areas to the poultry buildings but not directly to the live birds, e.g. anterooms and egg rooms.
- Live Bird areas - where the birds live.
- Range Areas - when applicable to production system.
