Livetec attends the Pig and Poultry Fair 2022!

Livetec was delighted to be in attendance at the British Pig and Poultry Fair 2022 at the NAEC in Stoneleigh! Our team was able to not only catch up with many people within the industry, but to have conversations that help us drive our commitment to build the future of livestock protection and enhance biosecurity across the UK.

After three years it was great to see a good level of attendance, from both companies and visitors as we continue to see a large number of challenges within the pig and poultry industries, including continually rising costs and disease outbreaks like avian influenza, salmonella as well as the growing fear of African Swine Fever reaching UK shores.

As the industry is constantly adapting to navigate these issues and understand the implications, biosecurity continues to be of the utmost importance and is repeatedly highlighted as an issue in British agriculture.

Our Technical and Commercial Directors, Julian Sparrey and Gordon Samet were also on stand, driving forward the Livetec mission, which is to build the future of livestock protection, with valuable insights into their extensive careers within the industry.

Whilst we continue to be present on-farm for both notifiable and non-notifiable disease outbreaks across the UK, with empathy, dedication and efficiency, we are glad to have also shared our extensive range of on-farm products, research and development as well as our biosecurity services
